How reviews work?

The objective of the reviews are for the community to meet the Chefs or Diners when making a reservation. In order to make an evaluation of the other party involved it is necessary that the Service has already passed. Kweezing will invite both parties to be evaluated. The reviews will be published in the corresponding profiles once both parties have made their respective review.

Diners will be invited to evaluate the following parameters about the Chef and his Service with a star rating system, 1 star is the lowest rating and 5 stars is the highest rating:

  • General experience
  • Taste
  • Space (Host Chef)
  • Punctuality (Invited Chef)
  • Hygiene
  • Chef’s courtesy
  • Portion
  • Ad veracity

Diners should then write a short review about what they think about the Service, it may be a message of appreciation, general experience or criticism to help improve the Chef.

Chefs will be invited to evaluate the following parameters on the Diner with a star rating system, 1 star is the lowest rating and 5 stars is the highest rating:

  • General experience
  • Punctuality
  • Courtesy
  • Hygiene

Chefs should then write a short review about what the Diner, it may be a thank you message, a summary of the experience in general or a review to help other Chefs get to know the Diner better.

After the evaluation, Kweezing will offer the opportunity for both parties to open a report in any case that there is any disagreement during the Service. This report will not be seen by anyone in the community but by the Kweezing staff. Kweezing will mediate the possible dispute and offer possible solutions to both parties.
