In the "Your Reservations" panel, the Chef will be able to manage all the confirmed reservations in the different modes as "Diner", "Host Chef" and / or "Invited Chef". Kweezing will show a 5-week calendar. If there is any activity in one of those weeks, or on selected days, that date will be marked with color:
Blank days are the days available for any Guest to reserve or request a reservation. To avoid unwanted cancellations or reservations, we recommend keeping your calendar updated according to your time and availability.
In this section the Chef will be able to see the confirmed reservations that he has made as Diner. Kweezing will show in list form and in chronological order the reservations that are still to be made. The closest reservation will have more details than the following, but you can always click on the "See details" button to see the whole itinerary of the following reservations.

In this section the Chef will be able to see all his active events, they will be deployed in list form and in chronological order. The events can be modified or eliminated as long as they do not have any confirmations from any Diner from Your ads panel. When there is at least one reservation confirmation of a diner for an event, it cannot be modified, only canceled. A canceled event has repercussions on the Chef's cancellation ratio. In the case of deciding to cancel the Group Event, each confirmation of a guest is equivalent to a cancellation.
In this section the Chef will be able to see the confirmed reservations he has with the Diners for the "Invited Chef" service. Kweezing will show in list form and in chronological order the reservations that are still to be made. The Chef will be able to see the pending requests in both the Diner and Chef modes (Note: Chef reservations will show pending reservations, as long as the ad has activated "Reservation request"). Requests as Diner will show basic information (day, time, number of people). Each of them can have three different states: "Accepted", "Rejected" or "Pending". Overdue requests will be automatically deleted.
Pending Requests in Chef mode:
The requests will be shown with the basic information requested by the Diner. The Chef will have the possibility to accept or reject the request at his discretion. Accepting the reservation request does not imply that it is confirmed. The Diner will be informed of the approval of the Chef. It will be the Diner who decides to close the reservation or not at the moment in which it makes the payment of the same.
The Chef can click on the photo or name of the Diner to see a brief summary of their activity in Kweezing and what other Chefs have written about their experiences providing the service. This information will help the Chef to approve the request or not.
The Chef will have access to all the movements that his account has had. The movements or payments will be sorted in 3 tabs:
"Future transactions": payments that the Chef will receive for confirmed reservations but not yet carried out.
"Completed transactions": all payments received by the user for his services as a Chef.
"Payments made": all payments that the user has made for services in "Diner" mode.
“Refunds”: all refunds received for canceled reservations.
“Debts”: all debts from Chefs to Kweezing for canceled reservations.
