The user should select, at the bottom of each introduction, the one that best suits his situation.

The next step consists of a brief questionnaire to consider whether the user meets the minimum requirements to become a Chef.

Questionnaire addressed to Host Chefs:

  • Do I have space to receive diners?
  • Do I have space to prepare food?
  • Do I have at least ½ bathroom for diners?
  • Do I have the tools to prepare food?

Questionnaire addressed to Invited Chefs:

  • Do I have the tools to prepare food?

In order to continue with the creation of the ad, the user must answer "Yes" to all the questions.

The user will start creating his ad. The Ad of "Host Chef" has 4 sections:

  1. General description:
    1. Ad’s Title: the title must be no more than 45 characters. The title should try to reflect what the Chef wants to offer.
    2. Brief description: describe your ad, your cuisine and necessary information to encourage Diners to book.
    3. Minimum dishes available: the minimum number of Diners that the Chef can receive in a reservation will be established, in order to calculate and forecast the operating expenses.
    4. Maximum dishes available: the Chef must define the maximum number of Diners he can offer his services during a reservation.
    5. Anticipation time: the Chef must establish how far in advance a Diner may request a reservation. The options are from 24 hours to 1 hour before the service.
    6. Type of food: you can choose between "local" or various regional meals. Local refers to the place where the Chef will provide the service.
    7. ¿Do you offer kitchen workshop?: the Chef will be able to select if he is willing to teach the Diners how to prepare the food. Since it is a longer service, the Chef can add an additional price per person. The time of the reservation is the hour that is supposed to start the "kitchen workshop".
    8. Reservation type: the Chef can decide if you want "Immediate reservation" or prefer the "Request reservation".
    9. Cancellation type: the Chef can choose between "Light", "moderate" or "Strict" (See "Cancellation Policies").

  2. Calendar
    1. What days of the week do you want to receive diners?: the Chef can configure the days he would like to offer his services and block the remaining days of the week. Example: the Chef can choose to receive Diners from Monday to Friday, but not on weekends.
    2. In what time range do you want to receive diners?: the Chef must determine the time in which he wants to give his services. Both the first and the last hour that you assign may be the arrival time of the diners.
  3. Characteristics:
    1. Menus: the Chef can create up to 3 different menus that you can edit and delete whenever he wants. By default, Kweezing offers a "Chef's Menu", where the Chef will prepare the dishes he wants in order to surprise the Diners.
    2. Note: If the Chef chooses to modify one or more menus, you have to respect the menus of the previously confirmed reservations.
    3. Prices: the Chef will have the opportunity to assign the price per person that he considers appropriate for his service. Kweezing handles prices in US dollars. If the Chef activated "Kitchen Workshop", you can set an extra price per person.
    4. Space characteristics: the Chef must select the characteristics of the space where he will receive his Diners.
    5. Type of seats: the Chef should select the type of seats that he offers in his ad.
    6. Do you have pets?: the Chef must inform the Diners if they have pets that will share the same room with them.

    8. Languages you speak: the Chef must indicate to the Diners in which languages he can communicate.
  4. Pictures:
